I had a bit of wait before being attended to. The store manager walked right by me without asking if I needed help. I had to ask her for assistance. Another sales rep saw waiting for whomever the store manager was sending to help me and offered to help. She was very helpful and made my experience a good one.

Just love Pandora.

Not alot of selection for men, I guess Pandora is not interested in a selection/line of charms for men. It would be nice if you would involve the professional sports team, charms that represent there careers and hobbies.

first visit was horrible people lined up and waiting forever. came back next day but missed out on the promo sale.

Everything was just average. Nothing wowed me about anything. No one was smiling, no one greeted us, didn’t have certain charms, associate had to keep asking another associate about things.

There were some charms that had been sold out. Also would like more charms on sale just not the discontinued charms

Not friendly sales people, didn’t crack a smile.

Las vendedoras no son muy amables ni te ofrecen opciones sólo estancias ahí esperando q uno les indique que desea en base a un catálogo. Al ser mi primera compra hubiese estado más satisfecha de haber recibido mejor orientación en cuanto a la compra.
