I tried for some time to get a sales associate’s assistant and the two associates were busy talking. Even after I approached they continued their conversation. I eventually got assistant but I felt like I was inturupting and it made me uncomfortable.

This store is located in the florida mall and it is always super packed.

I was satisfied. However, I had to wait in line to be called into the store to be waited on. My return/exchange was a Mother’s Day Gift. The Sales Associate had to go back and ask if it was Ok for me to return the merchandise. It was still in the cute little box, wrapped in the Pandora Tissue Paper, inside the Handy Cute Pandora Bag. I felt uncomfortable and had wait for the associate return. There was no receipt.

I was not highly satisfied because you had to form a line outside of the store and when it was my turn I felt rush through my process because it’s was mother day this was the first time in the store and I really wanted to look around I love Pandora don’t get me wrong but your process needs to be a little different not rush through the process of buying

Had to wait over 5 minutes for a sales assistant to be able to serve me. Chose some earrings which were a new range. Took the sales assistant a long time to find a pair for me to buy, when she showed them to me, I was unable to close one of them properly so she took one from the display which was then ok. The box she placed the earrings in was too small for the product, and when she finally packaged up my 3 purchases, she put them all in the one bag. I removed the boxed earrings which were balanced on the top of the other 2 boxes and put into my purse, saying I was concerned I may lose them on the way home. I think she should have offered to put them in another bag for me. Also, she had long false nails which made it difficult for her to open some of the items I was purchasing.

I purchased a ring from a Florida Mall location and was satisfied with the staff there. I then realized that the ring was too big for me and needed to exchange it in NYC location in Kings plaza mall. There I was given terrible service by the associates who were very rude and u professional and to make things worse they did not provide with a ring in a smaller size.
