I was created by associate as soon as I entered ..didnt feel like I had an opportunity to browse around due her in my face right away. Would have preferred a few minutes to look at other items .

Really, the store was at a very attractive discount, however some merchandise, that were on sale, they were sold out and there were few options to choose, so I did not buy more charms ... :/

First of all good experience as far as exchanging a bracelet that I received for Christmas that was too big. The associate had to check with manager but no problem there. First time in this store and didn't get the feeling that I could shop the store. I stood in line outside the store and when as associate became available she called me up. She didn't act as if she wanted to be there. Not very friendly. I did purchase a charm but not sure if I really want to keep this particular one. I will think about it.

Some items were not available

Well many of the charms that I had my mind on where out of stock.

There was not enough staff for what you would suspect to be a big turn out due to sale

Disrespect

Line was too long. I waited for assistance for 1 hr. The product I wanted was not available.

Some of the items I was looking for where not available. I had to keep picking and choosing and left with a beautiful bracelet, but not the one I had in mind.

Y’all need to have more long charm necklace in the store for all occasions
