Had to wait in an hour line to get my order that was on hold for me. I was very disappointed in having to wait for what I had already ordered.

The store has a big line. I had to wait long time outside the store. but somehow the assistance is highly satisfied.

Because the store is small i had to wait on a line outside the store for approx 20mins before being allowed inside to be tended.

I had to wait outside the store in a line and was asked why I was shopping there. I was then only shown what I told the lady at the entrance when I finally did get inside. I was not able to walk around and look at other items as I was told that I was in there for a certain item and not looking around as there are other customers waiting to get in the store so I was kind of rushed and the sales associate kept checking her phone as she was getting text messages as I was trying to ask to see other items. I felt like I was disturbing her by asking to see other items as she was more interested in her phone. As I was walking in I saw a necklace and earing set for 25% off and she just rushed me out when I was asking about seeing the merchandise as her phone was more important.

The lines was out the door and we had to wait for 45 minutes or more just to get in the store because they were only letting in a few people at a time, (understandable). Some of the customers in the store were taking too much time browsing when they could have been faster because the lady at the door was offering the catalog to help speed the process up but that didn't work. As for me I brought my information in my phone of the products I was purchasing. However the sales rep I got was very fast, nice and helpful except for her Ipad battery went dead while about to print my receipt so that ended up slowing down the process a bit but she was still nice.

There were several category's that you did not have charms to fill with Military, Sports, Careers. I wanted charms for Navy, Soccer, Baseball, wrestling, Roller Hockey, Medical, Chef. These were charms that I might have purchased
