There was a problem with the iPad one of the associates was using which delayed the transaction whilst they sourced another. At least one of the charms I enquired about was out of stock. The manager was not very engaging and gave the impression it was beneath her to speak to customers.

I was visiting the store from the UK, I was visiting with a charity and had come in to purchase presents from the kids to their parents. We had used the tax exemption forms that we carry at a number of stores with absolutely NO issues until we came to your store. After selecting the items that we required and after being very well looked after we presented the form for payment. The assistant said that she had to show the manager and the manager said that we had to show either a passport or driving licence as id, neither of these did I have on me at the time, although I did have my charity id which does have my picture on it plus a number of credit cards, non of these deemed sufficient for the Pandora Co yet was fine for the 7 other shops it was used in the mall. Could you tell me why it was declined

They where having problems with the new payment machines, so this makes my time longer at the store.

Line too long, waited more than 25 minutes to get in to store.

The lady who served us was Barbara from Florida Mall, very friendly , I knew what I went in for, she was very friendly I didn’t want lots of boxes as I a man traveling back to the UK, and she did everything I asked for

I’ve visited quite a few pandora shops the girl at Millenia Mall wasn’t very pleasant and we spent a lot of money that day the girls in the Florida Mall were very pleasant and very helpful

the person directing had forgotten about us and when I walked up to her she did apologize but was distracted with a co- worker whom she could have directed to help us. It also took associate a while to locate charm. first store experience usually order on line
