The attitude of the sale agent trying to exchange the merchandise

Al llegar notifiqué sobre un cupón de cumpleaños que tengo en mi casa y me dijeron que SI podía utilizarlo. Al completar la transacción, ya yo habíq pagado la persona lo olvidó, aunque lo mencioné varias veces. Al yo decirlo me dijeron que no se puede utilizar

El empaque no es el mismo al de antes ,se ve barato y es de papel ,me agrada más la caja clásica de antes ,gracias.

Falta de atención al cliente, hice una compra y busque algo más y no me ayudo

Luckily we knew what we wanted so when we got there it was a case of picking out a couple of things - they were for my daughters. There was a friendly sales assistant but she said she would right over and another assistant came over to help us but she was not very friendly - it was a very sterile exchange - she just got what we wanted, I don’t think she listened - didn’t show us any other products etc….. which was a shame as my daughters were excited about spending their holiday money in there.

Took a while before anyone greeted and acknowledged me. Waited too long to be served.

salesperson worried about cleaning the store and I had to call to be attended

sales person wasnt paying attention to what i wanted to see or get . she was leaving it up to me to walk thru the store and find somethinfg i was looking for. a final sale was done cause of myself trying to get a gift at the last minute. i felt rush and not well listen too.

I went in to purchase some merchandise and have some of my pandora bracelets, a necklace, a ring and a pair of earrings cleaned. The sales associate who attended to me, didn’t appear happy that I was bringing in the amount of jewelry in. (Maybe she didn’t want to count my charms) she was talking in Spanish to another sales associate and I heard her telling the other sales associate that I had a lot (mucho) regardless I knew it was going to be a 3-4 hours for cleaning. I was ok with that, as that is not my 1st time have jewelry cleaned there, on top of the fact that I have been buying jewelry from that location for 8-10 years. I’m beyond a loyal customer. Moral of my complaint, is that I felt that was rude of her and made me feel like I was bringing in too much to be cleaned, like it was inconvenience. Moreover, I did purchase a necklace and charm for my necklace with another sales associate. Her name was Kelly and she was superb, professional, friendly and took her time with me during my purchasing process.
