Sales associate seemed irritated. She aggressively put the bracelet on my daughter. I believe she felt like we weren’t going to spend money in the store.

I felt very rushed & limited to what I was able to see, I was only aloud to stay at one spot with the sales associate & not able to browse. Was told I had to ask to see what charms I wanted and she could pull them out of case, but that was difficult to do considering I didn’t know what what was available since I don’t know what you had in your inventory so i kind of just had to guess what to ask to see & was not able to browse through charms.

The sales person did not understood my needs and showed me options that were far away from what I was looking for.

The sales associate i was with was very quite and seemed super tired. It seemed like she wanted me to hurry so she could leave. I felt rushed but did end up picking out a nice ring.

Line took to long to get inside the store. Manager help a person that was on the line and dont help the others. He should do the same with everybody in the line. After all he brought merchandise out and then he brought the customer inside the store. What happened with the rest of the people waiting on line? Thats not fair!
