The sales associate who attended me could have guided me better because I explained that it was my first time shopping at Pandora. I went to return a "bangle" because it was too small for me. She didn't even advise me that they could take my measurements. Nor did she urge me to buy something else. So today I have to go back to that location to buy a "charm" and change one of the chains I bought for a stronger one. I hope I have better luck and that the same sales associate does not serve me.

The attention of the customer service specialist was not very pleasant, I asked her for a charm, she practically placed it on top of the one shown. I take too long to find a single charm that were the ones that are now the best sellers. After paying, he was going to charge me the full price in the middle of the sales season. quite rude and unpleasant. if the store is full or they have some volume of customers they should have more patience and better attention

I walked in around 11am store was not too busy at all and waited over thirty min for someone to help or even acknowledge me .

Hize una competa de la colección de los robot y se me perdió cuando Gil la persona que me atendió me vendió una pero que guinda con una argollita y me dijo que la que yo buscaba ya no venía pues ni modo la compré y está última vez hize la pregunta y si la había no la descontinuaron nada y le dije me la puedes cambiar porque no tiene mucho tiempo y me dijo redondamente no creeo que no es justo y otra cosa están tirando una oferta y está enseńando las pulseras que no son eso es engańoso Gracias espero lo tomen en cuenta 😢

La vendedora muy poco amable para venderme los charms de Pandora. Me sentí incómoda porque ella no tenía carisma para vender. Compre Pandora porque lo necesitaba pero no volvería a comprarle a esa vendedora. Su nombre es Neysaliz L. No 150858

The associate was busy doing other things instead of helping us. Anytime we wanted to see something we had to get her attention. We were definitely an inconvenience to her. When she packed what we bought it didn’t go in a pandora box. It went down inside of a paper and bag. I was very unhappy with that.

Tuve una compra online que regalaban una pulsera por cada 125.00 y yo compré 543,60 tenía Derecho a tres y me enviaro una nada más y eso era regalo de madre espero poder solucionar para San valentine me pasó lo mismo el corazón no me lo dieron

The sales representative was very lost like she didn't know what she was doing. The supervisor was walking around without asking if anyone need it help. I was visiting for DE and I was very disapointed

This is my third time going to the store to clean my jewelry and I've had the same lady and I believe she's the assistant manager, I'm not sure but she needs to switch up her attitude with customers nicely. When I came back to pick up my jewelry I noticed that one of my bracelets was still yellow and a twisted band so another associate named Christian started to help us as well and she left. He was really pleasant and nice to work with. He noticed a dent in my bracelet as well as the yellow that I explained to the assistant manager so he replaced my entire bracelet. I'm very happy with his expertise and how he treated and handled the situation. Thank you very much Christian Rentas for your customer service!
