hi my name is ana , I'm disappointed with you offer me by email a 10% by shopping online and store, online I can’t access to the discount why I don’t know and when to the store and buy again a told to the associate and told me you have to call 855-9222600 and I do it to many times and I can’t talk with anybody because nobody pick up the call just the machine that said we’re with another costumer and you I have to waiting 40 min and had to hang up so the another option was write.

I have shopped in many Pandora’s in different states, I found this shop not friendly I felt rushed and this is the first time I have ever left with only one item,(didn’t suggest anything else)

The assistant was not pleasant and seemed I was causing her a hassle by being a Customer

The first associate was not helpful at all. I asked if she was busy or if there was a waiting list , she then replied thst she was going to check the computer ( no other people in waiting que, and she was done with other sale) never came back to advice me. Another associate came up and was very polite and helpful and told me she would help me with no worries . I appreciated that . I never saw the other associate thst i interacted with he first time.. therefore i gave you Guys he score i did . On the other hand the associate thst helped me and completed the sale was AMAZING !

They took a very long time to searve me and I didn’t have time to wait I spent 2700 in store and was made to wait a long time to get what I went in for

The sale assistance, not so friendly, i don't speak english very well, and she makes me feel stupid. Diferent from the assistance i had in Paris, at Aéroville Mall, perfect! i'm returning to Paris, tonight, have no money, but i'll by something, certainlly!

Long waiting time to buy or return anything

The store didn't have available none of the charms I was looking for to buy and the person assistance didn't give much options. Can't get around the store.
