Estaba haciendo fila en la tienda y llegó otra persona cuando quedó libre la vendedora le indique que seguía yo porque atendió a la otra persona se fue a consultar a otra vendedora a quien atendía y le indico que al señor entonces regreso y siguió atendiendo al señor sin decirme nada cuando vino la otra vendedora me indico que ha casi me atendía entonces le dije que yo estaba primero yo tenía prisa porque tenía a mi hijo afuera con hambre desde hacía rato esperando cuando el señor cliente indico que me podían atender primero a mí fue que me atendieron una situación muy molesta

The sales rep was rude. They don't welcome you when you come in. You need to improve your customer service. Your reps need to be more courteous.

I would have loved to have been able to browse around the store, but I am assuming since there was a line outside of the store customers were unable to "browse". Luckily, I knew exactly what I wanted, so when the associate called me over I was able to receive the item I wanted.

At the time of checkout the system crashed and I had to wait for a long time. The manager on duty was not cordial, didn’t even acknowledged or said a simple I’m sorry for the wait. The sales associate that waited on me was fantastic but also new and he wasn’t supported by his manager. She was indifferent and very unprofessional towards him and me as a client. I had more merchandise and left what was not for a gift because of my dissatisfaction with the way my transaction was handled.

I did not like waiting outside of the store before entering with the assistance of a sales person. I felt like I could not look around and that I was treated like a criminal.

My sales associate was more in the mood to get me what I asked for and hustle me out the door than pause and talk about other Pandora products, probably because of the sale that had been going on. I went on a quiet Monday when the store was empty, but she was still brusque and only polite enough to hand me my items.

the wait time was ridiculous, just when it was my turn the person that was coming to help me was asked to help a customer that was already being helped by another associate. 2 people to take care of 1 person w a repair. the store was hot. the sales person was nice but i guess not interested because i didn't buy much.

The associate was rude to me once I decided to take the promotion she offered me. She was upset during the entire time I was asking questions and making my purchase, and she ignored me when I ask about charms promotions. I also had my Pandora to clean, She took it gave me a yellow card, and told me to come in 2 hours. when u can't back to pick up my Pandora, she brought out 2 bracelets and earrings that didn't belong to me, so I have to tell her that those were not mine. Then she went back to look fit my bracelet which took 20 min more and told me “At least looks better than before” Obviously she didn't put my bracelet clean and did it when she make me wait the 20 min

The lady that “helped” us was very rude and short with all of her responses. She seemed like we were an inconvenience to her and it was highly irritating watching other better dressed customers receive nicer interactions.
