Mala atención

I walked around the store with my family of 4 for about 10 minutes and associates were just standing around. I had to ask if someone could assist me because as you know, you can’t make a purchase in the store without an associate getting the item and checking you out. The associate Jaleen was not helpful at all and came off as inconvenienced her by asking for assistance.

Sales associate was not very friendly and not demonstrated that she wanted to help us or make any sales. i wanted to purchase more items but because of her attitude did not purchase anything else. Also, I understand that they have to be well groomed, but she could not even open the bracelet because of her nails. If she cannot provide a good customer service, she should not be there. I do not like when people judge by appearances. Not because I was not dressed snobbish means that I was not going to spend money in the store. They have a lot of employees and while my son was selecting his item I was looking around and not one of the employees or managers asked me if I needed assistance. I will not recommend that store to anybody.

i went to the store first thing yesterday morning as they open, they were like 6 employees on the floor, sales rep that helped me name ariana first i ask about some charms showing out of stock online once i show here instead of her trying to assist me and finding out maybe at another store she quickly said id they are of stock online we don't have them no more so i just only got one charm that they did have in store at the end she ask me to if i wanted in my bracelet which i did however she check me out no bag no receipt email and no box for the charm and this is why i didnt get more than one charm

Rude sales women, She threw my things in the box without properly placing them. And she was barely paying attention to me and my requests

The Pandora store was wonderful , my only issue was the sales associate that I got. She was very dull and made my first experience awful, almost felt like she was forced to sell to me and my husband. I also asked her if there were any charms on sale and she said no and when I was walking out, I was looking and saw some charms on sale before heading out. I was diasapointed with the service she provided me with. She did not even tell me about warranty or described the product, I had to ask everything.

The associate was not knowledgeable and she was very slow and refused to show me what charms were in the store but instead wasted my time choosing from a book only to tell me that they don't have what I want.

Poca cordialidad de parte de la vendedora, no me daba opciones si no se las pedía, no me sentí cómoda.
