I placed my order online for pickup at the Florida Mall location. I was waiting for an email to say the order was ready for pickup but never got one. When I got to the store they said my order was cancelled because I didn't pick it up in 3 days. I was never told that EVER. Then they wanted to charge me the full price and not the price I had ordered these online for...30% off. It was like I was being scammed by Pandora. Buy online, we then cancel your order but will resell you the charms for more money. I have done a lot of business with Pandora in the past...will think twice about it next time. Extremely poor customer service. Really for them to charge me the full price when they knew I ordered at the lower price was insulting. They did give me the discount once I complained very loudly in the store

Although there was a sale and the store was crowded, the service was subpar, charms that should not be in the sales boxes placed there (3) and then the entire attitude of "oh well." Although I requested a manager and she honored the sale for the item the demeaner of associate (Kayla) that was a definite turn off for me...as if I were a bother. She had just come back from lunch and seemed to be highly focused on some other things that were going on.

It's was mother's day special, but they didn't help me out so I could have a good Experience They made it very difficult for me to purchase so I only purchase one thing And I will not recommend this stored anybody not only I drove 45 minutes from my home to go there to pick out a bracelet I want it the special and they did not offer it to me

When giving me a military discount they charged me full price first. So basically on a $239 purchase I only saved $5 compared to someone that was not military.
