Ring stated 1 price in showcase and I was charged a higher amount, when brought to managers attention she was rude and stated ring was in wrong location with wrong price and she refused to make adjustment, it was only $30 difference, it's the principal of the matter and her unwillingness to make a mistake of the store right for the customer.

The sales person tried to scam us making un apply to a credit card without telling us. She made me doubt about the quality of the bracelet I was buying by asking me to purchase security chains, clips and warranty, like the product was a very poor quality and would not last

They don't allow you to go in and look they only allow so many people inside the store so you cannot look and see things you might like to buy you have to wait outside the store which I find very disturbing

Step up to the store the associate looked at me Turned head and kept walking. The next associate who came seemed not to be attentive at all . I asked about the 99.00 bracelet set she was like yeah it’s a set . She did care at all if i wanted it if I wanted something else . She was just there looked upset not a hello a thank tu I had to ask her for my box Wich I keep to put my jewelry in to keep . I just left my husband was going to purchase a ring for me , we left the employee did not even offer if we wanted anything else. She actually laughed when I asked for my box

My wife was given a ring before our child was born, after delivery my wife retained a lot of water and she’s still swollen. We asked the manager Stephany if you would do us a favor by exchanging the size of the ring and she declined, after we share our story she didn’t do it. I feel disappointed because I think she didn’t do the right thing. I have purchased the bracelet and All her charms because as husband I tried to get a charm on every new chapter on her life! Therefore they have a meaning. Now it makes think that maybe we shouldn’t put any feelings on any of this nor rely on a brand that has not been good to us. I think the manager could’ve done a better job but instead she decided not to and personally am done buying anything from the brand. pandora is more than a brand, it’s a place where we keep memories and place them in the shape of a charm and my wife felt rejected because she was not given another option with her ring.

I know that Christmas time is very busy. However, this is no excuse for staff to be rude or condicending. Having a basic knowledge of your products is probably a good idea too.

Had to wait in line to go into the store or use pop up area outside. Tried to get WiFi code so I could browse while I waited but associate said she didn’t know the code. This was the only store I had issues with. Was in line for around 30 minutes. If I had known I would have shopped elsewhere
