I am pandora customer part of the club and get email and calls when new merchandise comes out and for someone to tell me that this not sold that way and I do. I was so offended.

The salesperson was not knowledgeable about your merchandise. She was speaking to colleagues in front of me in a language I couldn't understand. She seemed impatient and did not offer suggestions of alternatives when unable to find what I was looking for.

I felt as though I was rushed to make my purchase. She was not knowledgeable about charms I asked about and had to ask for help.

Hace más o menos dos meses compre un brazalete con algunos charms y siempre he cuidado no usar químicos usando la pulsera, me di cuenta que se estaba oscureciendo y poniendo opaca fui a una tienda y me dijeron que comprar el líquido para limpiarla cuando ellos debían hacerlo y les dije y solo la limpiaron con el líquido que YO compre y de todas maneras la pulsera sigue oscura y por más que intente limpiarla tiene muchos sitios manchados y se nota la diferencia

The sales assistants seemed to be irritaded with my presence in store. The 2 ladies were not friendly at all.

as i walk in i am told to put a mask on which was no problem to me. as soon as i walk into the store i was told i could not walk around to see the products and was asked what i was looking for. i didn’t go for anything in specific just to browse and buy what i liked. i felt very pressured to only look and a certain thing and buy a certain thing and was not able to explore my options and walk around the store.

The internet stated the store opens at 10, didn't open until 11. Waited 45 mins. I ask for birthstone charm the MGR did not know what that was had to ask an assoc. Prior to that when I walked into the 2 customer being assisted MGR. Had me wait while he moved papers from once counter to the next. Finally he acknowledged me. He was the one that didn't know the charm. After trying to sell me something else, seeing my frustration he pull the associate to finish the order, payment and wrapping. She was already with a customer. Your associate was great and polite the Manager he was not. My Wife loves Pandora. That is the only reason I buy. I had an opportunity to buy from a jewelry store closer to my house, but I chose the mall for a larger selection and what I thought would be quicker shopping. I was wrong g

I had to wait in line 40 minutes just to get into the store. There needs to be a much better system in place.

espere fuera de la tienda era la unica en fila nadie me saludo ni me pregunto que necesitaba cuando entre le entendieron primero a la señora detrás mío pedi mi producto y sali no me ofrecieron variedad queria comprar otro pero el chico se puso a atender a otra persona asi que mejor pague y salí
