The person who helped us basically tricked us into purchasing 3 charms making us thinking it would be part of the buy 2 get one free. He did not mention you would have to apply for the credit card in order to do so. When we went to talk to him about it, he did not take responsibility for it and didn’t even try to help us.

Waited for a long time outside the store, had a list and did not require a lot of time, what I needed was not available and the salesperson spent more time away from me taking to another associate than she did helping me.

No recibí una buena atención de parte de la persona que me atendió, ni siquiera llego a mi correo la factura ni tampoco recibí las cajas de los charms que compré. Nada!!!

exchanging christmas gift too much hassle not helpful or friendly asked for a store credit said they could not do that asked for management same thing until asked for phone number of DM or GM and then one new manager came and was very helpful and did everything and had a better smile. Even bought more things from him.

They didn't offered cleaning service at this time. I had problem with 2 bracelets and 1 charm and they said they couldn't exchange the items. In other words, terrible customer service. All my jewelries are Pandora because I trusted the quality of the product and quality of the customer service. However I'm very disappointed. My 14k gold stopper is discolored (it's silver now) and I was inform the warranty doesn't cover discoloration. I'm pretty sure it's not even gold!!! One bracelet is opening by itself and I almost lost it few times. They didn't change it either. The other one broke while I was sleeping. They didn't replaced it. I asked to clean other bracelets and 1 ring and the cleaning service wasn't available.

I came up to my salesperson and said the name of the ring I wanted, the wishbone ring and she had no idea what I said so she had me flip through the book to find what I was looking for. I said I would like to see it in a size 6 and a size 7 please but then she replied saying that I would fit a size 5. I replied back saying that my middle finger is a size 6. I've shopped here before but didn't know if I wanted a tight fit or a looser fit so I knew what I was saying. Minutes later, she came back with a size 5 and a size 6. After what I told her and she still didn't take my word for it, I felt like she didn't want to listen when I know my own size. I put on the 5 and it fits only halfway and gave it back to her. Seem to her like I was wasting her time so I never got to try on a 7 and just stick with a 6. She ended up forgetting my receipt so I had to come back and return for it. It was quite a hassle and very disappointed about how unprofessional it was today. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there or the friendliest even when I was very polite throughout my experience shopping there. It also seems to me like she wasn't trained enough. Overall, I enjoy my experience.

The ladies helping me were quite rude. They didn’t have much costumer service helping skills. They tried not making any conversation and were cold and distant I believe it’s because of how young I look.

Tha lady was not professional. She was not friendly at all. She was acting in a hurry to get rid of me. Did not smile one time. You need better management to coach employees how to be cautious to customers.
