The sales associate was rude with me and my friend, who also was purchasing merchandise. She looked annoyed at us for wanting to look at the different charms they had in store and would talked to us badly. I Won’t be coming back!!

I love the my purchase! The store was clean and organized and felt safe. The security was polite and welcoming. There were 2 ladies behind the counter- my mom and I walked in and looked all around for 10 mins or so and the two ladies didn’t even greet us. My mom really wanted to purchase a gift so we asked for help. The sales assistant was extremely dry and unfriendly. I even try to make small talk so she would lighten up. We bought the gift and ended up choosing 2 things for me and one extra for my mom. Honestly I just bought it there because we were already in the store (and at the mall), or else I would’ve walked away. I was very disappointed and the entire time I was in the store, it felt as the associate would rather us not being there.

Our sales associate was not friendly . She seemed cold and asked what we needed. I told her a charm she said what charm? I was not sure I replied. She looked at me like she was aggravated and handed me the book. Not making any recommendations. I felt I was rushed to look through the book and to hurry up and pick something so she didn’t have to deal with us anymore. Her name was Leandra. She got the sale , I got the charm. But it was not a pleasant experience. To avoid it I would just order online next time.

I received email on a product that was available at your location. When I got there the salesperson said that it was online only. I was very dissatisfied to hear that I traveled three hours to get to this location. So I ended up getting an item that I really was not expecting to get. That was the only problem I had availability of a product

I went to the Disney Springs store first and was not greeted as I walked in. A family walked in a few minutes after I did and was greeted by an associate. I was walking around for about 15 minutes and was not talked to or asked if I needed assistance when there were 3 associates who were talking to each other and not helping out guests. I was the only person in the store and still was not greeted or talked to. I left to go look at other jewelry stores. I went back to that pandora because I wanted a specific ring. I was walking around for another 25 minutes before someone approached me. It was a younger associate who did not really know a lot about the products and was not very helpful. They didn’t have the ring in my size so I went to the Florida mall. Where the same thing happened. I was walking around the store for about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was in the store. The associate could tell I was annoyed and made the sale very quick.

Promo charm was no longer available after what they stated was two days. Never mentioned there was another Pandora, who just happened to have the charm Bracelet initially wanted was also not available. Meanwhile the other store did. Wished I had known and gone to the other store.

Fui a hacer una devulucion y la empleada indico que no tenian el tamaño que yo buscaba disponible y simplemente me refirió a otra tienda. Luego me atendió otra que desconocía los productos y tenia una falta de seguridad. Dejaba las gavetas abiertas, me dejaba con los productos en la mano y se iba a buscar en otros lugares, a aclarar dudas con otras empleadas, desorganizada.

Too long line, only 4 assistants in a bad mood and in a rush, not knowing the products well and offering products with bad quality (earings were twisted and I had to check them 3 times)

My husband bought my bday gifts in tgat store, and most likely the associate never explain to him tgat what he had purchase was final sale...so I went to exchange and returns some of the items, since he purchased some that looks that once that i have and i couldnt....he spent almost $400.00....thats ok...i wont shop tgere no more and wont recommed it either. Thanks!!

The sales associate wasn't very helpful. My first query was that we were looking for the ring on the lion King advert she asked which ring?? We described it to her and she then asked which size. We were stood right in front of the big lion King advert in store??!! She was very abrupt and reluctant to get anything out for us to look at! I'm stood there wearing at least 3k worth of Pandora jewelry and I actually told my daughter we wouldn't be visiting the store again and will buy elsewhere due to how we were made to feel!!
