There was no one available to help me! When someone finally did come to help me, she couldn’t get her iPad to work for about 5 minutes. Once she was able to use one that worked, she was unable to accept cash payment, until someone opened the register. Once they did open the register, they had to then get change from another unopened register. During this whole process, this person seemed disinterested, unapologetic, and unfriendly. I think her name tag stated she was an assistant manager and I cannot figure out how she earned that title based on her interaction with me. I visited this store on Sunday, 2/24/19 during the afternoon hours and will never come here again!

It was deplorable that there were associates who obviously left for lunch when there were people waiting in line for close to 30 minutes. Why didn’t ‘t the manager who was wandering around step up and wait on people. I will never go back to that store and I have two full bracelets, lots of rings, and some other jewelry from Pandora...I will certainly wait until I am near Pandora places in my own area. There was no excuse for a wait that long!

I have never experienced such a crazy set up - people queuing outside the store then once an assistant available they can go in and spent quite some time deciding. In the UK Pandora stores they allow a certain number of customers in to browse the store and when you are ready/have decided what you want to purchase you take a number and the next available assistant looks after you. Therefore no time wasted for the assistants as everyone they serve has already decided. The turnover in the USA stores must be affected with this se up it’s crazy.

The store experience was fine. I purchased two sets of earrings and they were tossed in a little box. If an earring box was an option I would have liked to be given that. These items were Christmas gifts and they look they were in a box of candy.

Rebecca the manager was beyond rude and USELESS, HELPLESS, and the guy helping me was completely lost, didn’t know anything and was very slow, such a horrible experience

The sales assistant did not give me a chance to look about, when i told her i needed a smaller size of ring, she sighed and rolled her eyes. Shocking service. Never said please or thank you when taking the money. Never normally complain about terrible service, but i nearly walked out of the shop.
