The sales person say that they was just 2 sizes of the bracelet. I have to tell him that was another in between and point to the display to get the right size. He never apologize o say nothing. I ask him and explain that was not my first shop I was sure about the size, but he continued show me the one to big and other to small.

As soon i arroved at the store, took more than 15 minutes, and it had just 3 sales attendee doing nothing. So, I I said I would return later. When I came back, same problem. I just bought the ring, as it was a gift. If not, I would never buy. Bad reception and attendance on this store

asked advice on a limited disney charm for bracelet to see which stores stocked them, I was lied to, as was told only stocked in the florida mall store, I returned and exchanged the same charm at the Disney springs as it was damaged, where they had plenty in stock off. I specifically asked if Disney springs stocked them and I was told absolutely not ?????

Unable to get item I wanted , waiting outside store to be served a manager was available but stated that he does not serve , Was refused a receipt as machine apparently not working, when my husband returned to the store to demand one the manager produced a receipt

The Computers were Down prior to my arrival, however I was made to wait while numerous attempts were made to have the transaction go through. I noticed on my banking App while in the store, that my account was charged twice. They informed me that the first charge should just "Dropoff", And I should call them if it did not. The sales rep informed me that they would send me a copy of my receipt via e-mail, but even that required two phone calls for them to finally get my e-mail address correct. I believe that it was the sales rep responsibility to notify me that the system was down, prior to starting the transaction, I would have gladly come back later if I had known, rather than waste 45 minutes and deal with the unnecessary frustration.

Dissatisfied with salesperson, upon requesting various sizes the salesperson came back with different sizes than were requested-this salesperson was then told by other colleagues that she had given me the wrong sizes

Came the first time checking for a specific size of a bracelet (mesh - small). staff checked in store and on PC and confirmed that they don't carry small so I Went to the Internet and ordered online from Jared.com. Next day (Nov 1) I passed by and I saw the small size Mesh bracelet on display. I asked again and the same guy told me that they did not receive stock and still no small size (maybe Friday). I showed him the displayed bracelet and asked him to check its size which ended up small. I still bought along with other items that goes with it coz I was not sure the online order will be delivered on time (although I paid for 48Hrs delivery from Jared) to avoid missing dleivery as I was traveling on Nov 4 overseas. So Iended up buying the same item 2 times coz 1 of the staff was very unprofessional. Wished the staff were as good as the merchandise they are representing. ( Although Edwin S was extremely helpful especially when assissting me in buying all the needed accessories on Nov 1). That was a really frustrating experience and would like to escalate it.

The sales assistant felt ill whilst serving my family. She went to recover & the assistant manager took her place. From then on the service went down hill. Every time she went to get products to show us she dealt with other sales assistants queries, completed other paperwork & didn’t give us her undivided attention. My family in total spent over $300.
