was asking about military discount and she didnt even know how to help me with it then left my jewelry to be clean went to pick it up lady was so rude took for ever then had the nerves to rush to sign with out me checking my jewelry never again will I go to this pandora store.

Today we simply needed to return something and there were only 5 groups in front of us. The last time I visited the store on the 20th of December, the line was triple the length and I waited even less time. There were only 3 associates actively working with customers, while one sat in the back doing a task- I’ve worked in retail and understand tasks are important but when there are a line of customers waiting for help and you’re there, it gives the impression you don’t want to help. Furthermore, what looked like a manager or another employee, couldn’t really tell the difference at this store … she came back from her lunch only to be doing nothing to help customers waiting in the line. The person who ended up helping my husband and I, went to lunch exactly one hour prior while we had 2 groups in front of us left, and when she returned she helped us with a transaction that took 5 minutes at most. By the time we left the store there were about 10-15 groups more that joined the queue and I’m imagine they will be waiting hours with the speed of service. We have shopped Pandora frequently in the last several years and have never had such a bad experience.

The sales lady was not professional at all. She treat us like she didn't care. Even the items were not polished and she said we don't clean it here, this is how we received it and you have to take it as it is.

One of the associates made me feel really bad she was acting racist. She had no idea I was Spanish with a dark complexion and she was talking negative about me and my friend and didn’t know I understood.

The sales assistant couldn’t be bothered. It was as if we were putting her out by being there. At first when i asked about charms, i was told just look over there. This is the first time in many years of shopping in Pandora that I have ever felt this way. There was no showing of other charms etc that I would have probably bought.

The associates in the store were rude and not very helpful. I was undermined and when I decided to change my mind about a product I received nothing but coldness & dirty looks from the staff
