Salesperson Pamela R. was extremely disinterested in selling merchandised. When asked about sale items she flung a plastic sale photo sheet/booklet on the counter for me to browse on my own. After receiving no encouragement to look at other items and only fast NP’s when I inquired About rose gold items I reluctantly purchased a charm and 2 rose gold items at a total of $160. I was visiting Orlando FL at the Pandora store in the mall. I returned Home to MS that night and began unpacking my items to find that I had Received a charm that appears old/or defective. It was not inspected by the sales rep before she boxed it up for my purchase, nor was it shown to me. I am A long term Pandora shopper and have come to expect a higher level of service from the franchise. The next day I called The store only to be told that there was nothing I could Do other than to attempt to return it to a local store which is .5 hours away from me in hopes they will exchange it or clean it. What a disappointment!!

The Associate barely knew the merchandise and stated she only worked there for the discount as she has another Job. The Manager Ashley had a real attitude problem. This store is convent for me will be the only reason I will return. I love Pandora however this store is a real Tutn Off.

Went to the store for an exchange I felt like I was being rushed. I was told that size would fit me, and all the charms I purchased online would fit the bracelet she did not even want to have me try it on told me she wears that size and she's sure it would fit l. I took that drive 50 minutes away to get home put on my bracelet and realize neither the bracelet fits nor 3 of the charms I'm very very disappointed at the customer service and clearly they were not very professional.
