The issue with a male entering the store requesting to purchase charms and was completely ignored. I am unsure if this was an issue of race but the Amy manager was extremely nice and apologetic. I would never advise anyone to spend money at this particular location.

After waiting in line for one whole hour I get an associate who was not knowledgeable, couldn’t bother to help me with what I was looking for and he would only show me 2 trays that were pretty much empty ( had about 5-7 charms). Gave me an unacceptable excuse that I couldn’t look around the store displays due to COVID restrictions, why? when we are all wearing mask anyway inside so why couldnt I look at the window displays to see ideas. I can not choose what I want out of a catalog, for that I would’ve stayed home and looked online instead. I came to the physical store so I can browse and choose what I want like I always have in the past at Pandora. The first associate was useless and rude just wanted to hurry, the second associate that assisted me after the guy left was just as useless, she seemed exhausted, hardly said a word and could hardly open the charms and bracelet with her long fake nails! She dropped one of the charms that I purchased which was so frustrating because it had CZ crystals in it and I was worried if they had gotten loose or scratched.

The sales associate that helped me was very rude. She had an attitude because I wanted to see several items and she had to pull them out. 0% customer service for the sales associate.

Neyshaliz. L had poor customer service personality, felt rush, lack of knowledge of promotions (when I asked about the free bracelet with purchase over$125 being offered her reply was”no one in South Florida is doing that!) I told not true because live in Wellington FL and they have this promotion, I’m a PPC holder and receive your promotion. There was a item advertised on the wall that my daughter and I were interested in getting, after we inquired about it she stated it was retired. In my opinion why advertise an item that has been retired. This led me and my daughter not to purchase for more items. Very disappointed!

Firstly, before even entering the store the pandora manager, Erica, yelled for my husband and I to “wait” in a very rude demeanor. I was appalled as a reoccurring customer of Pandora as I know that this behavior displayed by Erica is a not a norm within your culture. After proceeding into the store, Erica continued to make uneasy comments throughout my visit as if I was not a serious customer. I felt profiled in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable. I was continuously asked “are you buying something or just looking?” in different variations while WITH our sales associate. My husband and I were shocked and felt that this was very unprofessional. Terrible experience, sorry to say you have truly lost a valued client as I will be returning my purchases and taking my business else where. Please do better, as Erica seems unfit to represent Pandora as a brand.

I shopped for my 10 yr old daughters graduation, the you g lady that helped us was very cold and straight faced as well answered questions with a yes or no answer. My daughter was so excited to be getting her 1st Pandora bracelet however the sales associate was dry.

No organization when you enter had to approach a person to ask for help. Associate showed charm on the counter. Associate impatient, didn't have pandora credit card she said to go see manager
