i am highly dissatisfied because I was not told that clearance is final sale until after I made the exchange... ,I think that sucks to not be able to make a same day exchange not even if you are purchasing something of greater value. If I had known that I would have just gotten a refund and not exchanged my items.

June 15th, 2019 was my birthday I have been looking forward to going to pandora to get myself some stoppers as a birthday present. I traveled two hours to get to the florida mall specifically for the pandora. When I got to the store the sales associates seemed that they were more interested in making the sale than making the customer happy. I ended up purchasing two clips The Mosiac Shinning ones and I was going to use them as stoppers. I didn't check my bag until I got home a day after. When I checked my bag I realized that the sales associate only placed one box in my bag, when I had purchased TWO charms. In addition, the box they placed in the bag was completely empty. I am in complete disbeleif that this happened to me, as I am a loyal customer and have bought numerous things from pandora for myself and family. To make matters worse, I have contacted coorporate and the manager of the franchise company about my issue. They have taken a long time to get back to me. Every time they told me they were going to call back they never did, I had to call them. I felt like my situation was not prioritized and I am still waiting for them to call me back. I'm very dissappointed.

I bought some items on Clearance and was charged full price and 1 item was charged twice.

I bought the Disney Shimmeri 797495CZ, eventhough the service was not the best I bought it; however, it was broken because it just felt down from my pandora. I went back to store and the people there treat me like I was lying. I’m from Guatemala, I went to Orlando on vacation and I wanted a special charm but I was dissapointed to bought it in Florida Mall.

They charge my bank account twice for one charm. I noticed it and I let them know and they said the first one was voided and that was’t true

I went to the store to exchange a broken earing and a bent ring I purchased a couple of weeks ago. The salesperson talked to the manager (Akina) and the first thing she said to me instead of Hello was how did this happen? I explained to her that I recently purchased this ring and while I was on a plane ride to Washington I fell asleep and when I woke up I noticed the ring was bent. Anika proceded to tell me several times in a very aggressive way that this just doesn't happen. She told me she could not give me a refund even though I had a receipt with me because she will not be able to sell the ring. She also told me that she would not give me a refund for the earing - only exchange. I told her I did not want the ring or the earing because they were cheaply made. And because SHE told me that she purchased the same earrings and the same thing happen to her. After hearing that, I was not comfortable keeping the items. Lydia asked her if I could exchange the items instead. And Anika agreed. I asked her if I could have a gift certificate instead and Anika said NO. I asked her why since it's pretty much the same thing. No explanation. Lydia was helpful and super friendly.

I was embarrassed by the sales assistant in front of other customers by being asked for ID when I presented my bank card. I was buying a gift for my daughter. I will never set foot in another one of your shops again she was an absolute disgrace
