I was encouraged to apply for credit card and I did. I had been told I could use it that day to make my purchase. It was approved but could not use because my limit was to high.. I had to have card in hand. Went back when card received and some merchandise which had been 30% was no longer on sale. They would not honor the price. This store is an hour from my home.? Overall this store jerked me aroind on both visits. If I could have used the card on my initial visit I would have received the sale price. But to drive back with card in hand and still have issues is unacceptable. Very bad customer service by store management.

At the beginning they were not sure if they could make the change but everything went fine and they were super kind.

I was kept outside of the store for an hour while sales associate stood around flinging their hair and socializing with other employees. They allowed other people to cut the line. When I️ started filming them with my phone they gave me dirty looks and then finally allow us to enter the store. I️ will never ever shop at a pandora store ever again! You don’t keep customers outside and let them in one by one and rush them to shop once you do let them in! Several customers left because it took so long to let them in the store! If you want I️ will send the video.

He pedido ya traves de 3 correos que me devuelva el dinero Porque no me entregaron la mercaderia a tiempo en EEUU. Yo ya estoy de vuelta en mi pais EC y no tiengo Quien la reciba alla. Necesito mi dinero de vuelta.

I feel the staff was very unprofessional in the manner in which they handled the issue. The first two employees were very friendly but the manager was horrible. She clearly did not want to help. She kept listing what she would have to do to resolve the problem and when I asked for her to take those steps she clearly seemed bothered. After over an hour and a half waiting, I still was unable to make my purchase. She told me to come back yet another day to try again. Horrible service.

Had to wait 45 minutes to get in the store just to buy 1 charm, should have bought it in-line. Noted managers watching staff but they made no effort to help speed up the line waiting to get in, no effort to come speak to those waiting, left that up to a Pandora trainee who did the best she could. People got tired of waiting and walked out. I needed this for a gift the next day or I would have left too. Been a Pandora fan for 20+ years and will buy on-line unless I have no other option.

We were greeted at the entrance to the store by a friendly lady. From there the experience was poor, staff not interested in what we where looking for, seemed to be more interested in talking to fellow colleague's. What was a simple purchase became a nightmare and my husband eventually walked out of the store in disgust standing in the mall in disbelief. I will not return to this store again, we had been on vacation in Orlando and purchase items as gifts for family in England, but will locate another Pandora store in the area to purchase. It was not a good experience , staff very poor and would not recommend this store to anyone

At the entrance supose to be some one to help you for your turn. There was no body so we wait like half hour than we saw some one after us being help and we ask they say we have to write or name on the lust for turn so stupit sorry the have very bad service
