Valeria H. was truly one of the best Pandora associates that has ever helped me. She was very thoughtful and friendly with me. She was patient while I looked around and even helped me fix my old pandora bracelet. This pandora store isn’t the closest one to my home but I will definitely be returning for my next purchase because of how knowledgeable and customer forward Valeria H. was! This employee deserves recognition for her positive attitude and familiarity of the products. I will be recommending this location to friends and family as well.

Valeria S. remembered me from a previous visit and purchase. It was like seeing an old friend. I had been in the mall for another reason and realized Pandora was not packed (Friday morning 10ish). So I walk in to get my charms cleaned. I give her all the ones I wearing (34 charms - 2 bracelets, 5 rings, 4 earrings & 1 necklace). Said it would be 1+ hours to properly clean. I arrived home and decided I would bring back ALL the rest. I picked up and dropped off (another 86 charms ++). I made sure to return before her shift ended, for the third time, that day. I only wanted her! Talked about my "travel" bracelet and we decided I needed another charm. :-) Sadie, at this point had come over and we were all reliving all the places I had been fortunate to visit. These 2 associates ARE AWESOME with their smiles, customer service and knowledge of all things Pandora!! Clearly, I LOVE Pandora and will continue to seek them out when I visit again soon, even if it's just to say "Hello" to them!
