The staff was super friendly and was able to assist me with what I needed. I was able to try on rings to see if they were my size.

The store always has plenty of merchandise. The Associates are not very welcoming, and they huddle in talk amongst each other before acknowledging customers in line. I love Pandora merchandise is the reason I keep returning. (I own over 120 charms on 11 bracelets, not mentioning countless sets and earrings. ) However, I am not very pleased with the service.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service of Sadie G, she took her time and helped me and my friend purchase two new bracelets and 8 charms. She is truly an asset to your company. Customer Service means everything to me especially how hard I work as a teacher in todays society. Shout out to Sadie G.
