Kayla was our sales clerk. My Husband and I came in to change the type of bracelet he bought for me. We expected problems, but instead we got Kayla. She made us feel so welcome and special and resolved our issue quickly and without a problem. My husband and I frequent Pandora stores and Kayla is the best salesperson we ever had. Your other sales people should follow her lead when working with customers.

There were no lines, and someone greeted me when I arrived to the store. the walked me to the count then showed me what I was looking for. The person that helped me was very nice.
