The person who helped us was very nice. The process was very quick. The store had what I was looking for. I will definitely be back because there are many more things I’m interested in buying.

I was looking for a charm for my mom's birthday, her favorite animal is Owls. I looked on-line to see if there were any Owl charms and to my surprise there were a few options, which is rare. I found one I liked very much and checked to see if the closest Pandora store to me had it in stock, which they did. I printed a picture out of the charm that I wanted to purchase and took it to the store. The store is small and it was a busy Friday night, but as soon as I walked in an associate greeted me and asked if she could help me. I handed her the picture and asked if she had that charm in stock, she immediately replied yes and asked if I would like to see it. She took it out of the case and displayed it for me, I loved it just as much in person as I did on-line. I had read the reviews prior to going to the store and many said the charm was too small, but most Pandora charms are small and I don't think they should be large or you wouldn't be able to fit as many on the bracelet. I love Pandora, my teenage daughter, myself & my mom all have Pandora charm bracelets and we all love them. My daughter also has a few other pieces of Pandora jewelry, rings & necklaces, all of which she/we love!

The customer service was on point, Melanie and Marisa help me to pick out the perfect charms for me and my mother. Their customer service was excellent, Pandora has so many options, that it can be hard to choose but these ladies helped me figure it out and was very patient with me as I just couldn't make up my mind...Thanks again ladies and I'll see you soon;)

Gabriella was very helpful. She wanted to know what the jewelry was being purchased for so she could help to the best of her ability. She gave great suggestions and wasn’t bothered by the indecisiveness and constant going back and forth between rings being picked out.

Marisa at the Cherry Hill store was great! she took her time with me and helped me pick out what i wanted. She gave me ideas and helped me find a ring that fit because i am a 10.5-11 and she showed me there were a few they had. I wasn't even aware that they made any in my size. i was so excited. She talked my boyfriend into a credit card so now i can get more items for anniversary, bday and christmas!

I love coming out to the store and seeing merchandise in person
