Sale associate wasn't pushy and willing to show multiple ways on getting that final look

The sales associate who took care of me was very pleasant and helpful. However upon entering the store there was a different sales associate helping another customer yet she never acknowledged me at all. I would rather she at least acknowledge I was there and say someone will be with me shortly

I’m starting a new bracelet for my sister in GA her town has no store so I want it to be all done before I send it to my 87 yr old sis. Melanie was fantastic helping me put it together, very Knowledgeable and detail oriented. I really enjoyed working with her on this project.
