I had bought a Pandora bracelet and charms online and was not happy with the overall combination of the items. In addition, a stopper was not included in with the clip, the connector I had selected was not the right selection for the bracelet, and the items did not come in a box. I decided to visit the CH store for some help to rectify my problems. The sales representative went out of her way to assure that my sale discount was applied to my exchange and additional purchases. She helped me put together from a large selection of charms a beautiful combination of charms, added a stopper to the clips, and beautifully packaged everything in a box... a far cry from what I received from my online purchase. I am now confident my daughter will love this momentous gift marking her last dance in the Nutcracker ballet. Thank you Michelle!
