I walked into the store looking for a gift for my granddaughter. I didn’t know what type of bracelet she had. Shapelier found her bracelet and was very helpful in choosing just the right charm. I was in and out within 10 minutes!success!

I am highly satisfied with my visit to Pandora because the staff were very welcoming and professional. The staff member I shopped with was Shelby and she was very patient with helping to find exactly what I wanted.
