Michelle was a little standoffish at first.... But she started to warm up and became very helpful after I told her i was purchasing for my mother's birthday. She helped out with our selection and recommended a style to set our charms.

The minute you walk in the store, all the associates have a smile in their faces and ask if you need help finding anything . Checkout process goes smooth as well. They do a great job Packaging the item you bought. Really satisfied, recommended.
