Melissa the sales associate was great. She helped me with purchasing two new charms. Also recommended how I can fit more charms on my other bracelet. There was a little wait to be seen but well worth it.

I always shop at this location and everyone was always been excellent with helping me when I come in and ask for a specific item. Store is always beautiful. I did have one issue I was given a charm recently and I DO Not want it. It is a dream Catcher , I do not like it. I tryed to return it. And I did not have a receipt, and they said they could not find it with my friend name. And I know she brought it there because that’s the main store she alwAys shops at. So I am stuck with this charm I do not want or like. But I am still upset over this situation, it has not stopped me from shopping. I love your products and I buy them as gifts for my friends and family all the time. And I now have my 4 sons shopping at this same location for their girls friends stuff too.

I have never been to a Pandora store before and I was looking for rings that differed from the ones available online. The sales associates were great and helpful, they were very personable and connected with me about school, work, etc.
