I came to ask a question about the draw string bracelet I purchased for my best friend in June. As she added charms to it the bracelet became too heavy and it gets loose therefore she can't wear it. The sales associate described that it may be faulty as she has never heard about this problem with that particular bracelet style. She informed me to have my best friend to bring in her bracelet to be looked at and possibly exchanged for another style. This was extremely helpful and I then went ahead to purchase a beautiful charm for my best friend's bracelet with the assistance of Monica.

The worker greeted us when we walked thru the door, gave us different selection of rings that stack together and was super friendly.

The store has a check in list for people to be serve in a timely manner and not be missed since they are usually busy. I liked the option to look at the book for the merchandise, plus the displays around the store.

Fast customer service great friendly

This was my first visit to a Pandora store. I needed a gift for a special friend of over 40 years. Upon entering the store we were greeted right away and directed to an associate who explained how the Pandora experience worked. Gladybel was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. She took her time explaining how to put a bracelet together. We really enjoyed our visit and left out with a beautifully wrapped birthday bracelet! My daughter and I have already decided to come back to purchase bracelets for ourselves for Christmas!
