I am highly satisfied with the brand, their employees are very profesional and friendly.

The cherry hill mall location exceeds all expectations in customer satisfaction. The staff has been more than welcoming each & every time I have stepped my foot into their doors. They all say hello, & have been happy to help. I live in Philadelphia yet, I have found the walnut street & king of Prussia mall the worst in customer service. My visits are random. I'm never dressed in a fashion to attract the attention that I felt I deserved. It's disappointing to be mistreated with prejudice. However, I love the shock factor of surprising sales associates who assume I can't afford whatever I'm looking at. My favorite sales associate name is Michelle @ cherry hill mall. It also helps that the managers are also great. They will continue to get my business despite the distance. I feel they make the trip worth it!

The quality of all my charms and bracelets are the best. I've never had an issue with any of jewelry turning colors. The prices of the jewelry are good also.
