helpful, peasant but other slsprsn was not as friendly ... think this maybe her NO. 169819 & rushing. My $10 gift card number was not added to total. Rude slsprsn blame me & Celeste but she was also trying assist & the one that wrote the gifts card numbers down. But never communicated & shared to Celeste to add gift card. Blame me for not reminding Celeste. Ms Celeste said she willing to return to correct transaction's. Other slsprsn told her no we cant do that. I subject ask well can I please have two cleaning cloths for $5 each to even out transaction? Ms Celeste kept apologize to me, as rude slsprsn continue to blame her. I felt so bad & embarrassed for her. And told her she did a great job helping me. And told other lady its not her fault or mine. its yours cause you was rushing her & me. rushing the sell & has no patience! That was my worst experience shopping. If my past experience was never great I never return back!

everything that I came in to purchase was in stock. I was in out and of store quickly!

Although the store was busy, an associate helped me within 5 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and also gave me ideas for the gift I was buying that I hadn't considered. She and the manager searched for a charm since the one that I wanted was discontinued. My niece was thrilled to get her very first Pandora bracelet and charm!

I’ve always seen the Pandora Store in the Cherry Hill Mall and it always looked beautiful from the outside. Recently, my boyfriend purchased a bracelet from the website but it was too big. When I went to Pandora, Jessie helped make my experience very pleasant and very easy. He explained everything to me from the sizing of the bracelet, the charms, clips, the safety chains and the warranty policy. I am very satisfied with my bracelet and my charms and I will be returning to Cherry Hill’s Pandora store very soon to continue my collection of charms.
