I was highly satisfied because I was blessed to have had a wonderful sales lady by the name of Kathleen G. She was very personable and knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store. We live in a day where rudeness is associated with customer service but not at the Pandora location in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Great and easy to locate what I'm looking for. The ladies don't rush me and are very helpful. At my age that is one of the greatest feelings.

My bracelet lock broke in half and no longer in stock now I have to call this 410 and bracelet no longer sold have to get credit!!!!

The sales person was very professional and knowledgeable of the jewelry. She took her time to show us how best utilize the beads and charms we were going to purchase. The importance of maintaining it clean.
