The sales person was very professional and down to earth. It wasn't overly crowded and I didn't have to wait long. I also love Pandora jewelry.

The sale associate was very helpful and patient with helping me with the process of returning and buying something else.she was very knowledgeable on Pandora policy and there return and exchanges. I will definitely look for her when ever I return to make another purchase . Thanks,

Whenever I go into the Pandora store , I always get a warm ,Welcome back to the store from all the sale associate.Witch is always good when you coming in to spend your money.lol

I loved that there was insist assistance. It was a comfortable experience trying on the jewelry without having someone over my back. Also, the kindness from both sales person. However, the return policy if paying with cash would be in a form of cash is not customer friendly.
