The staff was polite. Even though it was crowded they still kept everything organized and in order to help the customers with their purchases. The sales lady really helped my mom purchase what she wanted even though she was overwhelmed with the amount of charms.

I came into the store to have an associate transferr charms from my old bracelet onto a new bracelet that was exchanged out for me by corporate. The associate was very helpful and recommended for me to get a chain to prevent my charms from getting stuck. Also while transferring my charms she noticed that the stem on one of my charms was broke and she exchanged it for me. Everyone greeted me upon entry into store.

I have been highly satisfied with all of the Pandora charms and bracelets. I am highly satisfied with quality and unique ways to tell a story. I am always highly satisfied with the specials during holidays for my love ones. I recently got a few rings and I am very satisfied with the quality and prices great for birthdays or just because gifts.

Because every time I go into the store ,I'm always greeted and the sales people are always friendly and helpful to get me what I came into the store for.
