I was going to buy another bracelet for my Mom which is a bigger size than her current one, this lady in the store gave me three different one and explain to me how to find the right size. After I got the right one she also helped me choose the perfect charms as well, my Mom so happy with what she got.

There was no wait time. Everything I invisioned the sales associate brought to life. The store had many different options to choose from.

Sale associates are friendly and helpful. I was there on a weekday afternoon so no crowd and I get better attention and time. I avoid weekend to the store since everytime I go on the weekend it is so crowded and sale associates are super busy with mostly buyers that don't know what they want. As for myself I know what I want but have to wait so long to make my purchase even if I just want to make one or two charms purchase. I wish the store could have one sale associate to help those that is ready to make their purchase. I ended up purchasing online for most of my charms.

Customer services where fast and knowledgeable. Very friendly and was in and out once we figured out what I wanted.
