The charms were amazing. The people were nice. Everyone was very helpful.

We were created as soon as we walked in the store and waited on right away. The jewelry we came in for was in stock. The sales associate helped us decide between our options.

Michelle R was kind, she had a beautiful smile and she was highly knowledgeable about the products. She was able to seamlessly recreate the bracelet I lost. She made what was a traumatic experience for me ( the lost of my bracelet) disappear by restoring every item ans providing an option in the suggestion of a safety chain to prevent my losing this one. She was also very patient. Great experience.
