The sales clerk Michelle R No. 122696 was amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable with the merchandise as well as she paid attention to my occasion and helped me with my selection for my 50th birthday celebration bracelet. She also showed me the new lady boss piece. So me.

The store was very busy and a little crowded since it was a few days before Valentines Day and all associates were helping customers. The store manager Melanie came over to us and explained how the concept of the charm bracelet worked as far as adding pieces and how the locks work. She was great and I feel went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied.

I have two bracelets and a couple of charms and i am in love with them. I can't wait to go back to Pandora and shop for more.

I have been wanting the mesh bracelet since I saw it last year. And once I saw the heart locket that is part of the Valentine's collection I knew I had to purchase both that day. The heart locket charm was paired with the mesh bracelet and it really caught my eye. Love it!!
