I wanted to exchange an item that I received as a gift & didn't have a receipt for. The first lady who greeted me told me it wasn't possible. I disagreed. I was then passed to Shannon m who was lovely & very patient looking for a receipt in the ipad records. Another manager, mel, came over and approved the exchange very easily & acted like it was no big deal which I appreciated! Then Shannon helped me pick out a different charm and didn't seem annoyed when I changed my mind a few times. I have worked as a retail manager myself and know how stressful it can be when you have a full store (it was very busy) & a customer with a difficult return, so I really appreciated how nice everyone was. I have always bought my pandora items from the cherry hill store & will keep doing so. You just can't get that kind of personal service when you shop online :)

The manager on duty during my visit provided me with outstanding customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the needs of her associates as well as my needs as a customer. I enjoyed a lovely conversation with her while I was shopping. Kudos to her!

A 45% sale was extended so I was more than happy to spend and get some of the charms I was looking for. I was looking a few others but they were sold out.

although the store was very busy I had no problem exchanging my gift for a different size. the sales associate was on her game and seemed to move effortlessly in handling my business, All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Love the workers, they know exactly the merchandise. They attend to your service right away. Most of all love all the jewelry.
