From the time I walked in everybody was friendly and very helpful. My only critique would be that when the store is busy it's kind of difficult to navigate the store especially when you have kids in a stroller. Maybe a more spacious store would suit better.

My daughter wanted a specific ring. The salesperson was extremely helpful and showed us the ring that she wanted. We were in and out of the store with the ring in no time at all.
