Salesperson Kiana G greeted me with a smile. My intention was to only have my jewelry cleaned and leave. Kiana made a couple recommendation of what I needed to secure my charms, because of how polite and friendly she was I ended up getting 4 charms and will being coming back for more. I am retired now, but I did customer service work for over 30 years, Kiana G. will do well wherever she goes👍👍👍
