Service was exceptional! It was my first time in the store I had no idea what I was doing. I came in to purchase my girlfriend some charms for her Birthday. Deborah assisted me from the moment I walked through the door. Asked a couple of questions then guided me in the right direction. My girlfriend really love her new Charms! Thanks Deborah!

The professionalism of all the associates from the moment I walked in the store. I was greeted and welcome with a smile by all three associates and assured that someone would be with me momentarily. The staff was very attentive to what I wanted/needed and I was thanked for shopping at Pandora and invited to please come again.

Noel was very helpful in helping me find and choose a ring that I wanted for a gift and she also offered me great deals and other lovely merchandise but I was very happy with the price I paid and the experience with the associates in the store

As soon as I walked in the door a sales representative immediately assisted me. She was very nice, patient and helped me choose my items. I was very happy with the price I paid for 2 beautiful Pandora rings.

I visited the store with my sister, however, she has a gold bracelet filled with charms and purchased another bracelet today. I have silver and have two bracelets filled with charms as well. I received the opportunity to have my email sent to me and my sale was complete, however, my sister was offered an opportunity to provide contact information on a printed questionnaire in which I too added my info but it appears she was invited because her gold purchases are more valuable and mine weren't. You should treat all of your customers the same regardless.

The sales associate went out her way to sale me a piece that should would buy. it was great feeling that she cared about me buying something that I would wear and not buy it to put in my drawer.
