Very friendly staff

Juanita was great in assisting me with my store purchase. I went to the store at this location during weekday since I know on weekend the store are so crowded. I left the store several times on weekend because the sale associates are busy with a customer. Each customer takes about 30-60 minutes and it seems there are not enough sales person to even for me to make my one purchase. I ended up order most of my charms and bracelet online. I avoid going to the store on weekend.

The service was very helpful, the store was very warm and inviting. The selection of charms were beautiful and plentiful. I will most definatly be back. In fact this is my second pandora bracelet, and I am not done!!!

I purchased lockets with birthstones for my daughter's bridesmaids for her wedding. Two of them were replaced, so we needed to change the birthstones. The store that I purchased the lockets from said that they couldn't do anything for me. When I went to Cherry Hill, the salesperson informed me that I could just purchase the birthstones for $20. each instead of buying the whole set. I saved money and the ladies were so friendly. Today, I'm taking my aunt to this location to purchase a gift for her granddaughter.
