The one reason I wasn't highly satisfied was because I had to wait for a salesperson to become available. When one sales associate finally came out. She just stood to the side and assumed the salesperson in front of me was selling to me. I actually had to call out to her for assistance before she finally came over to help me.

They were out of some of the charms and the bracelet that I wanted.! I also had to wait a bit, not too long, but a wait.

I was looking for something that represents my dad. He passed away and I thought it would be nice. However, you don't really have anything that represents men at all. I felt that was a disappointment.

No real reason, nothing was above and beyond but everything was satisfactory otherwise. The sales girl was nice and helped me picked out my necklace and my charms.
