I doubt that there was honestly anything that the store could have done: it's the weekend before Valentine's Day, so the store was especially busy. There was a wait list to be seen by a store associate and their speed was dictated by how quickly the person on whom they were waiting made a decision. I was in a rush, so I wasn't happy about having to wait, but I do understand

The head sales associate came off a little aggressive when I inquired about using my coupon. The coupon was equivalent to the sales tax honestly. She was willing to loose a potential customer for a $10.00 coupon. I would have bought more. However, her initial first introduction changed my mind completely.

Upon entering the store one of the associates went on and on about if we needed help to let her know, I said okay and she continued. I felt rushed so I left the store and returned later and spoke with a different associate.

The staff was great and very friendly. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to window shop. The only real issue I had with the visit was an extended wait prior to seeing an associate. There were only 3 associates working, and I ended up waiting a half hour before I could be seen. Also, there was no automated wait list notification system, they just took my name and said they would let me know when it was my turn. This meant I had to stand in the store for a half hour or risk losing my place.

I came to the store and checked in with the QR code sign. I got help pretty quickly, but I felt very intimidated by the selection of merchandise. The associate was very helpful with letting me try on different pieces. I still felt somewhat rushed, but I understand since I came about an hour before close. I’m extremely happy with my purchase, I bought two pieces from the limited Keith Haring release, and they are really very nice.
