I was initially being helped by a male who suggested it was good that I did NOT need a larger size bracelet that I thought I would need since I have a larger wrist size. I felt that he was being insensitive about my size. That is when the lady Nicole swooped in an provided assistance which went very well. This is why I could not give an excellent review.

The sales associate (in my opinion)was not highly trained. She was not as good as the usual person that assisted me.

Upon entering the establishment I was ignored by the two sales associates who were at the front of the store. I was greeted by a young lady who was busy doing some type of work in a book and she let me know that someone would be right with me. I was then greeted by the young lady who assisted me with my purchase. During the time I was being helped one of the two associates who ignored me upon entering gave me a backhanded complement and made a comment about my newborn.Then went on to say something underneath her breath to the other associate she had been talking to and they began to laugh as the walked to the backend of the store. I really don't care about what was said the unprofessional behavior needs to be addressed.

I felt like the one employee (gentleman) was watching and staring at me and the employee who was helping the whole entire time.

I was actually highly satisfied with my shopping experience at Pandora. Also, I was very pleased with the fact that the sales associate exchanged a Pandora Me charm that I was having an issue with the lock not clicking shut all the way. She didn't give me a hard time at all which was very much appreciated.

I made a purchase today only because it’s Mothers Day , they didn’t have any free gift bracelets left and did not offer any alternative. They had other offer if I spent $300 I could get a free rose gold bracelet. However they did not have my size.

Wait time could have been shorter. Additional staff was definitely needed for the weekend.

I went into the store & due to Mother's day approaching there were a lost of people & limited associates to help. Although, the wait time was only like 5 mins with it being a lot of people in the store which wasn't bad. I do feel like the store should be bigger to accommodate the high volume of customers that come in and out, with that more staff can be brought in and everybody won't feel cramped due to limited space in the store now.
