Wait time was really long. 53 minutes waiting on a line outside they should be a little more quick. After finishing with a customer they will start talking.

I knew what I wanted to purchase however I was going to buy more items for gifts but i was never invited into the store even after explaining that I knew what i wanted but i would have possibly bought more if i was able to look around., There were people in the store shopping but I didn''t have that opportunity since i already knew what i came for. I probably would bought more items.

Sales associate was easy to communicate and highly professional

I placed an order online and the order was cancelled before i could pick it up. I did receive an email stating that it would be cancelled if i didn't pick it up however, it was cancelled at a random time while I was on my way to the store as opposed to when the store closed. The issue was resolved because I just repurchased it in the store and it was the same price because it was still on sale. But, if the price changed, would they have made me pay the higher price?
